What DealData Does Today

Built for business brokers and the people who run their offices.

Keeps in step with your CRM

Bring your listings in from DealRelations and preview every sync before it saves. When a deal looks like a listing you already have, it waits for you: link the two, add it as new, or leave it on Decide Later. Skip this run leaves a deal out of one save.

Import from a spreadsheet

Upload a CSV of your listings. Before anything is saved, you match any status, industry, broker or financing type DealData does not know, and the result lists what was added, updated or skipped.

A dashboard that explains itself

Closings, sales volume, success fees, closing rates, time on market and a revenue forecast, by year. Drag the cards into your own order, and select the information button beside any number to see how it is worked out.

One broker at a time

Switch the whole dashboard to a single broker's numbers. Anyone linked to a broker, owner and admins included, opens on their own book.

Why deals are lost or put on nurture

Lost Reasons and Nurture Reasons charts show which reasons come up most, for the year and broker you choose.

Roles and commission visibility

Invite your team as owners, admins and associates. The owner decides who sees success fees and commission rates, down to one associate and one broker.

Works on your phone

The dashboard, listings and settings fit a phone screen, so you can check a number away from your desk.

Help in the app

Guides with search, a short note on what changed in each release, and a form to report a problem or suggest something.

What's New

The latest releases, newest first.

  1. Version 1.15.0

Brokers can ask to co-broke a listing, and the dashboard now credits co-brokers. Valuations get their own page, My Book charts your goal, and Listings is more compact, works on a phone and remembers your view. Stages and statuses can have colours.

  2. Version 1.14.0

Brokers get a My Book page with their year, what needs attention and their deals by status. The owner can add a member to another office they own, and the Listings chips and Filter now stay in step.

  3. Version 1.13.1

Switching to another office now reloads the page you are on, so you always see and change the office you picked. A change made from a page that still shows another office is refused with a request to reload.

  4. Version 1.13.0

Listings can show just your own with My listings, filter by stage or status in one click, and keep your view when you go back. Settings is regrouped into clearer tabs, and the dashboard tells an owner or admin when deductions are waiting to be confirmed.
